The Land Gallery Quality Control
The Land Gallery attempts to represent his works of art as accurately as possible. However there may be small differences in colour between the original works of art and The Land Gallery images (which will be due to the colour, brightness and contrast set up of your own computer).
The Land Gallery artists uses high quality and durable materials in the production of his works of art.
Any information that you may give us will be warmly welcomed as we strive to give the best customer service that we possibly can.
Purchase Of Artworks from The Land Gallery
The Land Gallery uses PayPal to accept and process payments. However, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account or to get a PayPal account to make a purchase if it is by credit card.
We are also willing to discuss alternative means of payment. To do so, please use the contact form or telephone us directly using the phone numbers above.
To make a purchase from The Land Gallery:
Proceed to the collection and select the works of art that you’d like to buy.
To do so, click the ‘add to cart’ button beside the item you would like to purchase (note, you can add more than one artwork to your basket at a time).
To view your cart, click the button and you will be shown the pieces you have added to your basket and the total costs (inc. p&p*) will be displayed for your convenience.
Proceed to checkout. You will have the option to pay by credit card directly or to use your PayPal account should you have one. When you have completed all the fields, you will be given the opportunity to review your order before you finalise the purchase.

Delivery Of Artwork by The Land Gallery
The Land Gallery will endeavour to ship purchased works of art as soon as payments have been received and cleared.
The Land Gallery ships works of art insured with a suitable courier.
The Land Gallery uses packaging suitable for shipping the purchased works of art.
Shipment costs are included in the price of The Land Gallery works of art*.
The Land Gallery Guarantee of Satisfaction
We will refund any item sent that is not as described or is damaged before it reaches you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be welcome to return it un-damaged for a full refund.
Please unwrap carefully as works of art damaged during opening cannot be refunded.
If a work of art has to be returned to The Land Gallery, we cannot be held responsible for it if it is lost or damaged before it arrives. For your own protection please take care to use an appropriate insured courier.
The Land Gallery will endeavour to respond to all complaints as soon as possible.
The Land Gallery reserves the right to refuse any order placed with us.
